A full gut renovation: the house was taken back to its structure and the living spaces rebuilt.

Two brownstones redeveloped with rear extensions and converted into four condominium residences.
Prewar apartment renovation
Upper West Side, Manhattan
A three-bedroom co-op updated with a new kitchen, custom bedroom cabinetry and rebuilt bathrooms, plus electrical upgrades, all planned around the building’s rules.
Renovation completion and repairs
Cobble Hill, Brooklyn
Took over an unfinished apartment renovation: fixed uneven tilework, finished the doors and cabinetry, and closed out the remaining plumbing and inspection items.
Historic home restoration
Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn
Restored the entry hall and dining room, repaired decorative plaster, rebuilt radiator covers and refinished parquet floors, with discreet wiring for new lighting.
Apartment kitchen and bathroom renovation
Forest Hills, Queens
Reworked a cramped kitchen for better storage and counter space, rebuilt the bathroom with a walk-in shower, and replaced aging plumbing and electrical fixtures.

A full build-out with custom joinery and woodwork, plus electrical, plumbing and finishes.

A neighborhood ice cream shop with a service counter, refrigerated display cases and a hard-wearing floor, ready for opening day.
Professional office renovation
Chelsea, Manhattan
Converted an existing suite into private offices, a conference room and reception area, with acoustic insulation, updated lighting and new power and data connections.
