We can help plan smaller jobs ourselves. Bigger projects usually bring in an architect or interior designer, and we’re glad to recommend people we’ve worked with. Either way, one project manager runs the job, and you have one number to call.
What we do
- Planning help
- Layouts, finishes and practical options for smaller jobs, worked out with you on site.
- Architects and designers
- We’ve built for some of the top names in New York, and we’re happy to work with anyone. Need one? We’ll recommend people we trust.
- Building to your plans
- We price the drawings, ask the right questions early and build them as drawn, keeping your architect or designer in the loop.
- Smart home and networking
- Planned with experienced smart home and networking installers, so the wiring goes in before the walls close.
- Project management
- One project manager runs the job: schedule, trades, deliveries and updates.
Good to know
Do I need an architect?
For a large renovation or anything structural, usually yes: most permitted work needs drawings from an architect or engineer. For smaller jobs, we can plan with you on site.
